I’m trying really hard to not order takeout and instead buy a lot of brocolli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, and beets to stir fry with garlic and a little butter. It’s so good and really filling! It’s also really easy and quick to make for days when I feel too lazy to cook a whole meal. I’ve also been snacking on blueberries and strawberries with cool whip (surprisingly low in calories) when I want something sweet.
I still get takeout and eat stuff like chips and chocolate but not defaulting to that really helps.
