Do you eat enough fiber?Daily intake of fiber is at least 25 g for women.

Keto is the same. Try ground flax. No more then 2 tblsp a day. A friend swears by psyllum fiber. I find the Toasted Ground Flax off Amazon works and you can eat it/mix it with anything. Also theres always bran & oats in limited amounts that have good fiber.

I probably don't eat enough fibre and I do naturally have a more keto diet.. I have tried increasing fibre but doesn't seem to be as effective as broth and oil... I just end up feeling more stuck

I’ve been quite regular when I have homemade plain popcorn with a little butter. Fibre, fibre, fibre!

yes! If I'm hearing correctly... folks are suggesting to increase fibre intake? I actually brought this issue with my naturopath and she suggested straight up oil and honestly.. it's worked way better than increasing fibre... for my body that is

Oil & ground flax was a days of old trick too. The oil definately helps in a more rapid way.
