so.. I have a long history of bulimia and I never calorie counted because I thought it would feed an unhealthy relationship... but after some meditations... I realized that.. it will be what you make it to be. anyways all to say that I'm keeping track to be in a deficit to reach my goal and so far so good. Also makes me appreciate my meals cause I'm like... this is what it will be for today
