Obviously the protein and fat isn’t hurting your weight loss! And 500 calories isn’t an unreasonable amount for most people, to fuel a long and busy morning.
My *only* concern might be with the cholesterol levels, over an extended period of time. Other than that…”Where’s the bad?”

No no not worried... I actually eat between 40-50% fats daily lol body just needs it. But yes you're right 500 for a meal is totally reasonable
