This night I was able to sleep only 2 hours, woke up at around 2.30 and couldn't sleep again. I was feeling ok the whole morning, but now jetlag seems to be hitting me... 4 or 5 hours to go and then I might go straight to bed to recover.
Still feeling a bit blue as I'm missing home. Being busy has helped a lot, but I need to get even more busy to stop thinking. However, I'm feeling too tired to do any exercise today. I guess I'll give myself the chance to rest and tomorrow I'll restart my exercise routine.
On the positive side, it feels good to control my food intake again. I loved eating everything I could when being on holidays! but I also enjoy being on top of what I eat and when/how I eat it; this way is so much easier to control the calories. If I keep behaving ok-ish, I should be back on track next week, and then I'll get started again behaving really good to lose this 5 kg. that I set as a goal. and from then on, I'll need to see how much more I need to lose.
Ah, yes... I like making plans!
