body feels stuck... nothing like some broth and veggies and adding oil to cleanse the body

What kind of broth? That looks fresh and delicious!

It has a ginger base... boiled ginger for about 20min then added a nothing special cube of broth and a spoonful of this miso sauce base thing I'm obsessed with... that mix is my quick go to broth!
