I caught myself drinking less water because I was worried about gaining weight...which makes absolutely no sense, especially coming from someone who has studied the kidneys and endocrine system (dehydration makes you RETAIN salt and water!)... 😅 So here's my accountability post, I'm going to keep my water glass close by while I study.

Water is the best. I've always been a water head since I was a child and yet the doctor always yells at me saying I'm too dehydrated. Man, I drink about 1/2gal on a bad day! How am I still too dehydrated?! Sometimes I think he's full of crap. So, here I am trying to get closer to that gallon mark. It's really hard.

It really is hard. I have a big gallon water bottle but honestly I do best just consistently refilling a 16oz glass

😱 I have just realized I'm doing the same thing... I'm with you there. Will keep my water bottle around.

I’ve done the same. Water has zero calories, but the feeling of having water inside you sometimes makes you feel heavier...I now have to drink a lot of water, A LOT of it, though, in the summer, because I walk outside in the heat more than I used to!
