Hi all! Had a great weekend vacation, the best part was I saw folks I haven't seen in a year, so the 30 lbs. I've lost was really noticeable to them!! Made me feel really good and more determined than ever to get the last 15 off!!

I know that feeling, i experienced it just days ago when seeing family and friends again. That is really a motivation to keep going, isn't it? enjoy!
