I did NOT weigh myself this weekend, Menci Cycle and did not want to be depressed about it...lol WTF is it with the damn scale obsession anyway? I'm really trying to break my C&S habit. GOD help me. I will weigh in again next Saturday like normal, following my meal plan 95% or better for the week..
