I am sooo proud of myself for reaching 11stone. i've come a long way and my body has definately changed, my confidence levels have gone up and i feel fitter and healthier and ready to take on anything! :D
ONLY 14lbs to go til I am the same weight as before I met the evil ex.
the last week I put on 4lbs and i was totally confused because I had done everything right. After consulting the tape measure it looks like i've put on muscle ;) which is awesome!!!
my goal is to be 10stone by 4th april (my birthday) thats just over 5 weeks so just under 3lb a week and i can do it.
