Back on the wagon, had a week of high carb self pity and sick children, middle of the night hospital runs my 3 year old had pneumonia, wtf how??? am and over it. Fingers crossed bac to kindy this week, I am going to get new gym shoes and a new scale this week. Fingers crossed we are off to the batch on Friday for 11 days we definatly need a family break, this year has been way to hard. Nan's birthday today and we picked up granddad and went to the cemetry and left her a slice of iced chocolate cake, she would of liked that.
Right off to poach eggs for lunch, I'm starving xx
