im tired of being fat but also I need to put exercise in my equation to loose weight... I want to be outside in the heat but cant be taking my little one out there in it.... does anyone feel like you have a major must do list that tires you out before you can accomplish anything... bought house in 2012 and there is so much I WANT TO DO versus needs to do.... I just cant seem to focus enough to figure out the plans. anyways im off to do a little of this and that
