Almost done with my week off from the gym. I can't wait to get back at it. I was doing the workout in Total Six Pack Abs v2 for the last 10 weeks, but will now switch to the workout in v3, which has some different exercises and other improvements. I gained 5 lbs. of muscle while dropping from 26% to 16% body fat on v2, so I'm really anxious to hit the gym with v3 of the program. The diet is the same, just the exercises have changed.
