1,5 jg udah oke.. Dari baca berbagai informasi kalau emg lagi kebutuhanya mau naikin massa otot dikejar 1.7 -2x BB tubuh.. selebihnya jika tidak lg olahraga beban atau sekedar maintain 1.5x BB tubuh jg udh cukup
