It goes up and down but slowly I am getting to my goal without much sacrifice. I still drink lots of water and exercise 10 minutes a day on weekdays. it works so far...
67.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
