Tomorrow I return to "normal" food, which won't include take aways. I will eat mostly vegetables and protein and fruit, little starch and very little processed stuff. In four weeks, I will reassess. My husband is really proud of me. :-)

that sounds good. I have found that sometimes you cannot do without takeaway so move around when you are not hungry and look for salads with chicken mainly.
Reason to do this when you are not hungry is that your mind can actually make up a good menu and can see the health snacks. For many years I only bought burgers at maca's now I buy a warm chicken salad. It took me 5 mins to find it and it was in front of me mind just ran across burgers and usual ignoring the only healthy meal on the board. Because I was not hungry I could do this otherwise it would have been disaster.
Veges, Protein and Fruit sounds excellent you will see your good results continue. Keep up the good work.
