Hi friends, realized how bare my bio was so I updated it. Here it is if you're interested...🌻

I started my journey in 2015 at 180lb and 5ft 3in. In a year I got down to 120 using MyFitnessPal but over time the pounds crept back.

I started my transition with Testosterone HRT in March 2020. I educated myself on the increased risks of cardiovascular disease and diabetes that came with it.

Started medical school during a pandemic and long story short, that does not lend itself to healthy habits.

I was back at 155lb in Dec 2020. Enough was enough, I refuse to go back to square one. Did Noom for three months to get my rhythm back, and now I'm flying solo. I'm also doing much better in school now that I'm taking care of my physical health too.

Currently working on getting back to 120, but my stretch goal is 110.
