blm beres mah tp santai aja,,perjuangan masih panjang kmaren 104 sampe segini bisa masa skrg dr 69 ke 55 gbsa..mau ngurangin cardio ah..mau coba main beban biar bisa makan banyak kaya ko aming sama senior lain. biar body ngebentuk kaya abg haha
