Ok so went to the gym for initial consult this morning and worked out a program. Did a body scan which shows that I have 68.7kg body fat, 90.2kg muscle mass, and 4.6kg bone mass. So just with this I can start to get an idea of where my long term weight goal would be, I still think once I hit 160kg I will adjust another 20kg down to 140kg and keep working at it in stages, will also probably get a body scan done every couple months to keep on track with where I'm at composition wise while getting general weight readings with home scales each week.
