Olahraganya waktu BB 78kg - 74kg , HIIT CARDIO 20 min
74kg - 71kg def kalori + HIIT CARDIO 20 min
Sekarang body weight , karena ternyata otot lebih banyak makan kalori dr pada lemak , jd perbanyaklah otot *murid dietsantuy
