I used to be really stressed with deadlines that my body would physically ache! when I started having vitamin shots especially made for students I got much better and everything went back to place. maybe worth looking that up 🙂

I'm a stress eater too Tijae. I'm still trying to find an alternative...it's a work in progress but we'll get there. I keep reminding myself that if someone stresses me out, I don't want to give them the satisfaction of piling on the weight. Doesn't always work🙈🤗. Good luck x

I use the Insight Timer app free from Google Play store, lots of meditations, relaxing music, self hypnosis, sleep sounds, binaural beats etc to help u de-stress and relax,,stops me from binge eating ❤️
