Hit a bump in my journey, had a good loss first week, second week a small gain, and now i have no appetite or interest in making meals, i work 12hr shifts in nursing and need quick easy meals, please give me some ideas

Poached eggs on wholemeal bread. Yummy. Fast. Low calorie, high protein. I have it as lunch few times a week with some spinich or asparagus. Good luck, keep at it,you can do it
