how is the Keto going so far? Im recenly diabetic so slowly moving towards it myself. just when I see a lot of the keto plans Im like my gawd all that would mangle my blood sugar. so changing over slowly.

I actually switched to carb cycling, so one day no carbs, then the next day I can have healthy carbs like brown rice or quinoa. I just don’t like the full keto and don’t find it long term sustainable.

I am pondering doing much the same. However it then takes time to go back into ketosis, Im buying strips to test my ketone levels, kidneys, ph, etc. I have also been experimenting with oat groats and find they are really low carbs and an easy substitute for rice etc. So I think I can pull off making sushi rolls etc with it. Will try it soon as I got the kit. I think going low carb is likely going to help you in the long run as I agree, Im not sure ketosis is substainable. Still experimenting here.
