I'm back. I will weigh in tomorrow, but all points to a weight gain of 10, 11 pounds. I feel it, and probably shows ....big time. I did go on my trip and that is the only excuse I have. I ate everything....and twice if possible. I had a ball, and now back to concentrating on losing it again and then some. Just has to become a way of life for me.
My feet are still so swollen from the bus ride back. 1 and 1/2 days to get from one place to another. I'm too afraid of flying. :( It was all worth it ..........
