For now I've designated every other Thursday as Weighday, the day before Payday. If the scale says something disappointing, at least my bank account will say something encouraging the next day. And if the scale says nice things, it's 2 reasons to celebrate!
I feel very heavy, like lead. I have muscles all over my legs. Even my fat feels dense (not sure if that's really possible). Even if I gain, I know I've been making a concerted effort to limit my calories & to go on regular walks.
My scale is at work, so that's one reason to get me going tomorrow 🙂
