It was so nice today I had to get outside. My friend and I attempted a half mile to see if we could. I ran faster than usual and it was easier than it was the last time I attempted at the beginning of Jan. I was really impressed with myself. I probably could have made a longer run but I'm not going to push it. We plan on going maybe tomorrow if we feel like it and are not too sore. If we dont go tomorrow we are definitly going friday.
