I find myself having a difficult week. I have been stressed about little things and it makes me want to eat. It is so hard to say no when you have a pantry with single serve chips, cookies, and honey buns. I keep telling myself that I have done good this far a little extra wont hurt here or there. Im lying to myself to justify my eating. I just want to cry sometimes and im truly not sure why!

i cant really keep those temptation foods around at home myself! they will call my name. at the store i just turn and walk the other way! you can do it!

I am sorry you are having a bad and stressful week. I just have a question, why do you have all of those things in your pantry? Do you have children? It can be very hard to tell yourself no, but you have to try. If things get to bad then grab some fruit or drink more water. Like you said you have come this far, as long as it is in moderation, anything is ok. I do hope things get better for you very soon. Best of luck. Sherrie

thank you, and yes I have two girls. my parents are also staying with me and i dont want them to think they cant have something just because I dont want to eat them. I havent really indulged it is just temptation, and water is all i drink. I stopped drinking soda almost two months ago :)
