I am 80lbs down as of this morning. Yay me! BMI 28.7.......I started at 42.4 I've been super busy and while I have been less than great about logging my food, I have been sticking to it and eating mindfully. Just in the last week, I have dropped 1 1/2 inches off my waist, thanks to Tap Out Abs (which I've only been doing less than a week).
