I am officially down 20 lbs today. Things have definitely slowed down the past couple weeks, nice weather means I am gardening or riding so of course my workouts suffer. I feel like I have pretty good control of my eating though I have caught myself doing the evening snacking which leads to instant weight gain and anxiety. I am really committed to getting thus weight off and keeping it off this time.

20lbs is amazing! Gardening is a great exercise especially for building muscles.
