Went over again on calories yesterday & today.

Yesterday my eating got out of control when I got anxious about people not getting along. It was late. I ate the calzone & went to bed.

Today it was when I frantically worried that I would not be able to do the right thing regarding my job. I could have kept eating, but I stopped.

I was approaching physical & psychological satisfaction from the binge, and it helped to stop & recognize that I was freaking out about not doing enough, instead of celebrating what I had taken the initiative to do!

This overeating stuff is deep in my head. I am working to uproot these hardwired pathways!
