I've seen a lot of these OMAD posts where it seems like far too few calories. How do you know whether you're eating enough when doing OMAD?

When trying to loose weight it's important to be in a calorie deficit. This is one of the larger more filling meals (just over 800 calories) which includes 4 blocks of milk chocolate. I alternate my portion sizes so that my loss isn't stagnant. I alternate between 20 to 24h fasts.

I agree about the calorie deficit. This is usually based on your basal metabolic rate though. So if you have a BMR of 1800, then you'd usually dip down around 400 calories to 1400. I think under a 1000 calories in a 24 hour period and you start to deprive your vital organs and heavily affect metabolism. If you are losing that's great, just be careful if you start suffering from fatigue or dizziness.
