Woke up early this morning bright eyed and bushy tailed, excited to start my new healthy/skinny life. Yes, the excitement might have been because I am going through that optimistic, beginning stage in my diet. You know, those first few days where you still can taste last weeks taco bell in the back of your mind so you dont quite crave it yet. You can even drive pass the golden arches of macdonalds and smile as you picture yourself in a bikini. Or how you can run on the treadmill to the beat of the music on your head phones because you are not sore from any previous workout. So let's just say that I am taking advantage of my positive mindset of loosing weight before it hits me that I can no longer eat the evil foods that I love, or sit on my ass when im bored. I am enjoying my "I can do this" mindset and hope it lasts.
