So just like last Monday either my body is out of whack or my scale is. It seems every Monday even with following the calories and everything else very closely I gain weight. I have no clue why this is.

I am learning that I can cook without butter and it still tastes good! I didn't put butter on my toast this morning, only sugar free strawberry jam. And I cooked my eggs without it as well. I have been doing well trying to keep my fat intake down but there is room for improvement.

I really need to increase my fiber. Even with taking a supplement I am only averaging 11g/day.

So it's 9:30 am and I finished breakfast 15 minutes ago, I had 7.6g of sugar with 288 calorie breakfast and I am getting lightheaded again. I gotta figure this out.
