Made it through my 3rd day of OMAD. Or as close to OMAD as I'm going to get. I'm not counting 1 coffee w/4 tbs heavy whip I have as breakfast. My stomach growls in protest during the time I usually lunch but as long as I'm not going hypo, I'll continue to ignore it.
