This is going to be my week of not losing at all, I can feel it. I hope I am wrong but don't think I am. If I don't lose any weight this week I will next. It seems like every time I am going into the next ten down, like 200-199 or 191-189 it takes a week or more. I think its because I want it so bad, God is teaching me to wait. I do not wait well, lol. Oh well hopefully I can have a good weigh in soon.

You may be right ... or you may be wrong!! LOL!! Whatever it is, it is and you will continue to take good care of yourself and you WILL see 180 something soon. I hear ya!! Waiting is just not very fun ... but oh ... when the next dip comes we'll be hooting and hollering right along with you!!
