amazing how much time I have found to exercise. I admit I am not doing well calorie wise but I walked 4.7 miles today and did some kickbox core exercise and stretching. I have my son every other week because of shared parenting so on the days I have him I walk with a friend after dropping him at school at 7 in the morning and because I work from home I make my hours a little later on those mornings and later in the evenings.
