I want to increase my weight. Can anyone tell me when I will get to see the result? even a lil bit?

Food containing protein and Carb along fat and sugar like cake and pastry.👍🏽 Every food are easy digestive and high calories in little amount and absorbing water are fast gain weight. Avoiding coffee, green tea, celery and veg because they have negative calories and decrease your appetite. Be healthy honey♥️💝❤️

I'm on the same track. You'll need to maintain 2700 daily calories for good results. Weight Gain (cal) = Calories Intake - Calories burnt. 7700 calories = 1 Kg. Hope that helps.

Well firstly u got to be in a calorie surplus that means you have to eat more than you body expends. Hit you proteins daily. Eat calorie dense nutritious food and you will see the results in 3-4 weeks. If not, review your diet. Thank you.
