Today starts my own personal challenge. No gluten, dairy, sugar, soy for 30 days.

I have hypothyroidism and was listening to a Sean Croxten audio on gluten & thyroid. I really think that avoiding gluten, dairy & soy makes a difference.

I love pizza, beer and went off the plan for a few weeks. But I'm back to the plan.

I stopped riding my bike so much to help with my adrenal fatigue and it's been helping. Now I have bad allergies (thanks polar vortex).

So it begins. I only have 7lbs to lose. But I have a belly that I can't get rid of. : (
