Well, I only lost one pound this past week but I won't beat myself over it becuse I have lost 20 total! I am proud of the progress that I have made and Im getting closer to my goal weight each week. I haven't been under 160 in three years and words can't descibe the way I'm feeling now. I look at myself in a whole new way and I like it. I want to say thank you all for the support and encouragement you have given me through this process. I still haven't had any pop in the six weeks that I have been with this program and I'm staying strong <3
