Diet actually 95%. Exercise 50%, e.g. just grocery shop/walked and walked up 12 flights with groceries. No weight lifting. Planked during "intermission". At the end of my cold. Feel pretty good.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
