Hi to all my buddies. Still at the hospital with my dad. Hip replacement on an 80 yr old is never easy. He is having a pretty tough time of it. Hoping they may be able to move him to nursinghome tomorrow to begin his therapy. Trying to make good food choices but that has been rough. I did get to the YMCA yesterday as my mom wanted to go to her seniors water ex class. I will catch up with everyone this weekend. Miss ya all!
