Good morning, I am almost amy goal. I want u to know that for me I can eat what I want,and stay healhy. It's all about you being in control as to how you eat. for me I eat breaful at 6AM, SNACK at 9, lunch at 12, snack at 3, and dinner at 6,everday same time. I am control and walk 4.o miles five das a week. So if I stepped on anyone toes about you can eat what you want, Iam sorry. Just remember that you control what is enough for you.
