Decided to try adding lemon juice to my water instead of crystal light. Let's see if it makes a difference. Other people say it will.....we will see.

Lemon juice is supposed to help weight loss. I read that some where. I don't like lemon flavor though. To much pucker factor:) Let me know if it helps and I may have to get over the flavor.
