For lent I didn't drink alcohol or eat sweets. I managed to stop gaining weight but I have not lost any. A week after lent and I still managed to keep off the sweets. Tomorrow I head off for a weekend away for a friends 30th Birthday which means I will probably indulge in cake, some rum and some pizza. I have managed to eat clean all this week. I am going to weigh in on Monday and see how much damage was done. I'm not going to cheat myself but I wont let it get out of hand. If I do gain a pound I'm not going to stress. Went walking/jogging yesterday and will go again today and tomorrow.
