oh dear, here comes the dreaded night shift. but this should be the last for a while. also its not a one off, its 4 in a row which makes it a bit easier. at least i can get into a pattern. also friday is a public holiday so it should be a good pay next fortnight. also david gave me extra in the housekeeping money this week so im going to make eggs for breakfast on saturday. they can have them on hot buttery toast and hopefully i will have mine on a bed of wilted spinach. still has some fat as i will wilt it in a pan with olive oil but its a healthy fat and cuts down on the carbs. we can all have our eggs and eat them too. eggs on saturday have become a bit of a tradition for us. its a treat. but i think this is a way that i can still have a treat without blowing the energy budget in one meal.
