Went to my doctor to use a very good set of scales and it said I weighed 388 and I am not going to get down on myself because I know weight can stay the same for awhile and Boom, you drop five pounds. I am still doing everything that I have been doing, so I believe by next week I will drop a couple pounds! Head held high, shoulders back, and WALKING TALL!
176.0 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Whatever scale you use, you need to pick one scale and use that one as your "official" scale to accurately gauge your weight loss. You can weigh something different on each scale you weigh on. Doctors scale may or may not be more accurate than a home scale. They are supposed to calibrate it regularly (because so many people weigh on them) and many do not. No matter what, use one as your official scale and the others as a comparison.
