Again it is snowing. The snow has got to stop. Its rediculous! I really want to get back out and run but I am not going out in this. I decided because my hometown buddy has had sick kids all week (we havent worked out together all week) and because it is really nasty outside yet again, that I needed some fun. If you ever want fun you really need to grab Richard Simmons. My fav dvd of all time is Sweatin to the Oldies 2. It doesnt matter if you are fat, skinny, old, young, have workout clothes, street clothes, hate Richard or Love him, this workout is great. Yes it takes a few watchings to get the choreography down but after that you can majorly have fun. I grabbed it out this morning, dusted it off and popped it in. It made me smile and sweat. I needed both today. So thank you Richard Simmons!!
