Thanks everyone, it was great! I didn't realize when I tacked it onto my diary entry that it was going to post publicly - I was just happy that I sliced the tuna without completely mangling it like I usually do so I wanted to save a picture 😊

Asparagus are healthy, nutritious and low calorie. I have eaten that amount before...in fact yesterday.
