I no I might sound daft but I need some help, sometimes I cannot find the food I want on the app and I don’t understand the table on the back of it for example I’ve got the naked noodles green curry and it says per 100gs: (84 kcal) and then it goes per pot (338gs): (284 kcal) but it is only a 78g pot. I’m just so confused 😂🙈

First weeks are a bit like rocket science but then you get used to it 😉 Make sure you are recording the right meals/ingredients. The more accurate is your tracking, the better results you have

I know how you feel, what I do is click on the quantity and change the gram weight to what amount I am having. Or I fill in a new item. It takes time but I find this app brilliant!

Tell me about it. I get so frustrated with how some foods are described. I had a rage moment recently trying to figure out the nutritional value for a pack of cous-cous; same situation as yours!

To start with I just did my best to put as close to the items in, long as the Cal values are the same or close it will help the way a buddy put it is it's better to have a car with a speedo that is 5mph off than try and guess your speed, it gets easier to navigate and add things as you carry on with it 🙂
