Actually that's not a bad result at all! Think of it this way- that's 3500 calories. That is a lot of chocolate and KFC!! Don't give up. :) Plus, you never know with weight if you are getting thinner or not- it can be salt or that time of the month, or fat loss combined with muscle gain (which is very very good!).
Have a great time skiing! That's some excellent and fun exercise there. Be sure to fuel the exercise with as clean energy as you can- would you put ground up KFC in a ferrari? And you are more important and precious than a ferrari, so take care of yourself! :) Enjoy the speed though! :)
